Ron Bryan commenced Applied Restorations 34 Years ago restoring period style homes for himself and clients in the inner suburbs.
His meticulous attention to detail and the knowledge gained working with various architects over the years has enabled him to assist clients with their own projects varying from period style to modern designs suitable for today’s lifestyle.
Eleven years ago family members joined the company and Brynor Constructions was incorporated to build new homes. Successful projects have been completed featuring their own innovative designs. Interior decorating and landscaping are included and have become a major part of our building concept.
The company relocated their office to the Mornington Peninsula in 2005 where they are renovating and building new homes whilst still continuing to work in the city and surrounding suburbs.
Sub-contractors are a vital part of the building industry and we have a long-standing association with many trades who maintain the high standard we demand.
